Mental Health Counselling
Support for Your Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing
Mental health difficulties can affect every part of life — your thoughts, feelings, relationships, sense of self, and your ability to cope day to day. You may be living with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to understand or change.
Whatever you are experiencing, you do not have to face it alone.

I offer therapeutic support for a wide range of mental health challenges, providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can begin to make sense of what is happening for you.

My aim is to support lasting, meaningful change that honours your experiences, strengths and hopes for the future.

How I Work with Mental Health
My work is shaped by both specialist training and extensive clinical experience in mental health settings.
Alongside this, I have completed additional specialist training in trauma-informed practice and eating disorders with organisations including the NHS, Beat, and other leading providers. I also hold additional qualifications in Mental Health and Psychiatry, which contribute to my Counselling & Psychotherapy skills.
I have worked within one of the UK’s leading private treatment clinics, supporting individuals experiencing complex and enduring mental health difficulties, as well as within well-established community mental health and addiction services.
This allows me to offer support that is compassionate, containing, and grounded in evidence-based practice.
I cover various types of mental struggles, including:
-
Depression
-
Anxiety disorders
-
Schizophrenia and psychosis
-
Personality disorders
-
Eating disorders
-
Self-harm
-
Trauma

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on:
-
CBT to explore patterns, thoughts, behaviours and coping strategies
-
Gestalt therapy to deepen emotional, relational and embodied awareness.

Together we work at your pace, developing understanding, strengthening emotional regulation, and creating new ways of relating to yourself and your experiences.
Whatever you bring, you will be met with warmth, respect and without judgement.
