Talk therapy
A traditional approach using conversation to explore your experiences and emotions.
This method provides a steady, supportive space to process whatever feels important to you.

Walk & talk therapy
Outdoor walking combined with talk therapy, ideal for those who feel more comfortable in open spaces.
We can walk along Deal beach, Sandwich River, or Worth countryside—connecting with nature while easing the pressure of direct eye contact.
Art, imagery & journaling
For those drawn to creative approaches, we can use methods such as painting, drawing, collage or letter writing.
These are gentle ways to support expression and bring subconscious thoughts to the surface.

Therapy with me...
I began my counselling journey with the CPCAB (Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body) in April 2022, and instantly fell in love with the process. Since then, much of my experience has focused on supporting individuals living with addiction, working across both premium private rehabilitation clinics and well known community recovery services. I also have specialist qualifications and experience in working with eating disorders and supporting wider mental health and wellbeing struggles, brining my experience from working in mental health clinics where I supported residential clients seeking support in many forms.
I have worked with people at all stages of their recovery and healing journey, and I truly value the opportunity to walk alongside them.

My work is led by a genuine commitment to support, empower, and inspire you. Central to my practice, is the belief that the therapeutic relationship is at the core of the work - when trust and safety is established, meaningful work can take place. I aim to build a relationship that is genuine and supportive, where you feel truly seen and heard.

My Approach
I work as an integrative counsellor, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to suit you as an individual. We are all unique, shaped by different experiences, challenges, and ways of healing, and therapy should reflect that.
My approach is informed primarily by CBT and Gestalt therapy, bringing together practical, cognitive ways of understanding patterns and thoughts with the more creative, relational, and holistic elements of Gestalt. This allows us to explore not only what is happening for you, but how you experience it — emotionally, physically, and relationally — supporting meaningful and lasting change.

Sand tray therapy
Using sand & figures to visually explore emotions and experiences through symbols and metaphor, especially when words are hard to find.
This method can be particularly supportive for neurodiverse clients.
