Hello...
I’m Siân,
I began my counselling journey with the CPCAB (Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body) in April 2022, and instantly fell in love with the process. Since then, a large part of my experience lies in supporting individuals through addiction, eating disorders, and mental health challenges.
I’ve worked with people at all stages of their recovery, and I truly value the opportunity to walk alongside them through their journey.

Addiction is a deeply personal area for me, and I bring both lived insight and clinical knowledge to the therapeutic space.
I use my qualifications in mental health, alongside specialised studies in addiction and eating disorder to strengthen my practise and support you through your journey, approaching it with deep compassion and respect for each person’s path.

My work is led by a genuine commitment to support, empower, and inspire. Central to my practice, is the belief that the therapeutic relationship is the core of the work - when trust and safety is established, meaningful work can take place. I aim to build a relationship that is genuine and supportive, where you feel truly seen and heard.

My Approach
My counselling style is integrative, with a strong creative focus. This means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring sessions to suit you. We’re all unique, with different stories, struggles, and ways of healing and therapy should reflect that.
I know that starting therapy can feel daunting, so I prioritise creating a space where you feel emotionally safe, grounded, and in control of your pace.
I often incorporate creative tools to support the therapeutic process. These may include:
-
Sand tray therapy – a powerful, visual way of working through emotions and experiences using symbols and metaphor, especially when words are hard to find.
-
Walk & talk therapy – offering sessions outdoors in nature, combining movement with gentle conversation, ideal for those who feel more at ease outside in open spaces.
-
Art, imagery, and journaling – for those drawn to expressive and reflective methods of working, we can explore and express through art interventions.
